Well, I'm back in one piece, which is something, I suppose.  I'll tell you this for free, I'm never flying Iberia again.  They charge you for lunch.  British Airways is great - you get a cup of tea, a coke, some pizza, a really nice bean salad, and a strawberry cheesecake.  Included.  On Iberia, I had to fork out €18 for a soggy club sandwich, two cokes and some Pringles.

Anyway.  That little whinge aside, it was absolutely ace; a brilliant week.  Everything that could have gone awry did, but still we landed on our feet, and my two friends are now hitched, and practically joined at the caboose.  I met three girls, and comprehensively pissed on my chips with at least two of them.  One such occasion happened at the end of a dance, when she grabbed my hands and demanded that I "dip" her, and promptly went ahead and used me for the purpose anyway.  Sadly, she chose to go down on my right side, which I can't support any real weight on.  Left - I can dip like a veritable breaded chicken stick, but on my right... I ended up nearly dropping her, and stepping on her skirt.  I didn't realise this, of course, so when I tried to pull her up, she came, but her skirt didn't, and left her nearly half naked on the dance floor.  Afraid of dropping her again, I attempted to steady her with my left hand, but missed her waist and planted my hand firmly on her right breast.  She was the daughter of our host.  She was lovely.  I'm not 100% certain that she's forgiven me.  It's ironic really, that she might think I'm some sort of philandering "playa".

Anyway.  Benahavis is gorgeous.  Andalucia is stunning.  The weather was perfect.  The food was fine.  The people were spanish, and friendly, except for the security guard at Malaga Airport, who found it funny to shout at me in Spanish for about 5 minutes, before just letting me go.

Anyway.  I haven't stopped moving yet.  I've got rehearsals tomorrow and wednesday, performances on thursday, friday, saturday afternoon and saturday evening.  I have to see Sin City, Batman Begins and The War of the Worlds.  I've got nearly 5 hours of wedding footage to edit.  I've got about 20 image CDs to produce for one group, 10 for another.  I need to organise a stag weekend, a karaoke party, a trip to Boston, Hanover and Vegas.

And I've got to get to Albuquerque.  I would never forgive myself if I didn't do that.

It's good to be back - but gosh, I'll be so glad when I can say "Sorry I can't come out tomorrow evening.  You see, the thing is I'll be doing nothing.".
